After several years without an Old Red’s dinner in Perth we were able to gather a group on Friday 16 September for a great event at The Weld Club in WA.
It was a relatively small group but represented a great many years of Prince’s history. We were pleased to be able to share the old school stories in a very relaxed atmosphere. It was great for us to have Headmaster Kevin Tutt in attendance to give us all an update on the changes and challenges facing the current students. Those present were most amazed at the changes in school buildings, like the old gym now a state of the art woodworking facility, and that the pool area is being redeveloped, including a gym and squash centre.
Those present all made a solemn promise to make the dinner a bigger event next year by attracting more Old Reds from WA.
